We were in the process of buying a new house which, according to the VA appraiser, required new windows. Window Depot was able to obtain the necessary windows in only 6 weeks, when other window vendors were requiring 10-12 weeks. Inasmuch as we were under a time crunch due to the expiration of a interest rate lock on our home loan, Window Depot saved us a lot of extra cost on the loan. Then, once the windows were installed, we started to reap the benefits of excellent storm windows. For the last 6 months, our utility bills (electric and gas) have been incredibly low, so it's worth the investment. Speaking of worth it, we received an EXCELLENT price on the entire job. Prior to this job, Window Depot had installed 2 bay windows and several feet of guttering on our previous house. It comes down to time and money, and Window Depot came through on both accounts! We had Window Depot of Conway replace our patio door and 11 windows and front door on my sister's home. Zack came and showed us available products and gave us recommendations. He gave us a fixed cost of doors, windows, and installation. The installer, Shawn, came out to ensure they ordered the correct products and had everything needed to complete the job. It took several weeks to get the windows and doors made and delivered. Shawn and his crew came out quickly and began installation. Shawn is very meticulous, ensuring everything is done correctly. He was constantly teaching his crew how to correctly complete every step. After installation, Shawn and his crew cleaned up and hauled away all trash. Karen, the office manager, was very helpful in keeping us updated on progress on our projects.
